It provides reduced inflammation, and faster recovery from tendon, joint and muscle injury. Colder, faster and easier than icing, this is a great benefit for horses with injuries or everyday recovery from working.

Current and past injuries can benefit from massage throughout the legs and include tendon and ligament massage. These sessions are separate from the full body massage.

3B Cold Laser (also called low-level laser therapy) is a non-invasive, drug-free service that helps horses heal faster. Infrared light penetrates the tissue, at the correct dosage, depth and duration. The light energy causes biochemical changes to occur at the cellular level, stimulating cell proliferation leading to wound repair. Free nerve endings are also stimulated, blocking pain pathways and bringing rapid pain relief to the horse.

Reiki is a Japanese healing technique which calms the nervous system, alleviates stress related behaviors, and supports and aids the bodies natural healing process.

I offer both PEMF and Reiki to riders. Whether dynamic stretching before a ride, recovery after a fall or general wellness sessions, PEMF provides benefits to reduce inflammation and aid in recovery. Reiki is a great way to calm the nervous system and reduce stress and anxiety.
